These new cars are driven by OEM ( factory ), Senior Management, and dealerships for test drives and some official Special Events but have not yet been officially registered. This means that they are technically new cars, as they haven’t had a previous owner. You will be the first Owner of the car.
They often come with low kilometers on the odometer and have been meticulously maintained, making them an attractive option for buyers who want a nearly new vehicle without paying the full new car price.
